Al ser m\u00e1s pura, contiene peque\u00f1as cantidades de los nutrientes propios del jugo de ca\u00f1a, tales como antioxidantes, y algunas vitaminas del complejo B y minerales (potasio, magnesio, hierro y calcio).<\/p>\n<p>Al no tener tantos procesos, no s\u00f3lo conserva mejor sus cualidades, sino tambi\u00e9n tiene un sabor m\u00e1s atrayente. Es por ese motivo que se puede emplear tanto como endulzante como para saborizar preparaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios y propiedades nutricionales se relacionan directamente con las ventajas que tiene por sobre el az\u00facar refinado.<\/p>\n<p>Tiene menos calor\u00edas. Por cada 100 gramos de az\u00facar mascabo consumidos, se asimilan 100 calor\u00edas menos que con la misma cantidad de az\u00facar blanco refinado.<\/p>\n<p>Tiene m\u00e1s nutrientes. Mientras que el az\u00facar blanco no aporta mucho m\u00e1s que calor\u00edas vac\u00edas e hidratos de carbono, el az\u00facar mascabo ofrece vitaminas diversas (del grupo A y B), hierro, magnesio y potasio.<\/p>\n<p>Aporta antioxidantes, fibras y un delicioso sabor a melaza.<\/p>\n<p>Es mucho m\u00e1s digerible y m\u00e1s asimilable en sangre.
